OK but my truck was robbed in parking lotI had a good experience while I stayed there (at least a few weeks) while I worked in the area. The lock on my truck tool box was cut with bolt cutters and a few tools removed. The front desk help was very nice with the exception of one guy who worked days. He was never rude...just not overly friendly. It got a little noisy there a couple of times ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

GREAT HOTEL AND STAFFwhen in the dallas area i always stay at the embassy suites on 183 but that was too far away while we were visiting my son and grandchildren in duncanville so.............. i decided to stay here....... a Great decision...........very nice and clean hotel.... front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.... and they also have a great breakfast... ...1 of 1 Yahoo! BEST STAFF ANYWHEREI walked into this hotel without a reservation and their staff was so accommodating. The room was beyond nice, and so clean. The stand-up shower was worth the price alone. I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly and would definitely stay again. I travel extensively and never have I seen hotel staff that were so nice and eager to please. The "full breakfast" left a lot to be desired, but the rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful.OVERALLServiceCleanlinessLocationValue
