My husband and I stayed in this hotel during the holidays and it felt just like home. We met other travellers who were all nice friendly people. We will return to Medellin next year to visit family for the holidays and have already made reservations at La Casa Medellin.

One of the big problems with hotels in Poblado now is noise from all the construction. However, La Casa Medellin is located on a very quiet street so I got a good nights sleep unlike a couple other places I stayed at. I just left this hotel yesterday, I was there for two days, August 5 to August 7, 2008.

Their service is horrendous, their honesty is non-existent.

There is not true that their pool is acclimatized, their Jacuzzi is not working, and their "fantastic Webb BBQ" is not there ...

Nice hotel located very close to all the attractions in Medellin. Big buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Super fast Internet for Colombia. The pool was warm and every day was sunny.

Our company rented out the entire mansion for a week. It provided a great meeting place and very nice environment. The Interet was very reliable which is something important for us. We will use this hotel again.
