We love Tsing Tao it is one of our 3 favorites. We live here and eat there at least every other week. Lunch is all we have tried. it is great and not bland at all if you want spice ask your server to kick it up. We always ask for a little chile paste.OVERALL

Pretty good!Considering we're in Palm Springs the choices for Chinese food are pretty limited. But Tsing Tao is significantly better than the other run of the mill "panda express wannabe's"
I agree with the poster below their ambiance is very nice.
The food was good, the spicy dishes have a varying level of spice.
Coming from a Chinese person's perspective this place isnt bad at allOVERALL -
Elegeant restaurant. Bland food.What a nice little elegant Chinese restaurant! Linen table cloths. Clean. Professional staff. Quiet. Really a lovely little hideaway. Unfortunately, the food was totally bland. Completely forgettable. All three of us who went agreed the food was just so-so. What a disappointment! These people have gotten so many of the really difficult things done right...but they fumble the most important...The Food!
