my wife and i have been taking our guests from around the nation to le vallauris for years. while sometimes the front desk can be a little sloppy,once you are at your table the service ,food,wine are consistently the best in the desert,whatever is on the blackboard is alwaysgreat,from fish to fowl,and their tarte tatin is one of the best in the state. ask for a table in the courtyard on a nice nite.
