awesome sushi...remember you get what you pay for!!! recommend the sushi bar and Hiro as your sushi chef. I have been going here for many years now, i live in carlsbad and make the short drive every week to have sushi. Definitely worth a visit

Great Albacor. But why did they reseat me from the sushi bar to the resturant once I wanted some Soba? No waitress service at the bar? This would be a first in my 15 years of eating sushi in California. A strange relationship between the resturant and the sushi bar, but good food, and I was served well once I moved to a table.

I enjoy the selection of fresh seafood at the sushi counter. They carry a wide range of fish and shellfish, even sometimes selling hard-to-find delicacies.
