Apparently, this place has been open for at least a couple of years now. At first, I kept hearing how screwed up management was. I didn't actually dine here until last night. If you must eat here, get the food to go! I have never had a waiter or waitress at this Cheesecake Factory whom I could even call satisfactory. I went there on a business lunch with some associates and our server was so rude she was embarassing. She walked up with an attitude and gave us a hard time about splitting the check. She never came back to refill our drinks or bring us the condiments we requested. Our food did arrive promptly and was very good, however it was hard to get beyond our rude server.OVERALL

NO, NO! This location of The Cheesecake Factory I cannot recommend. I don't care how great their food is, their service is awful and I do not support awful service. LOVE IT! How could anyone not love it! Amazing food, big portions, great atmosphere! It's just perfect for a night out with girlfriends or for a nice date. As I read the initial review, I was left giggling to myself because half of the things that were complained about were completely normal. The wait at the Cheescake Factory is a long wait for a reason. The food is great and the food portions are large, which means more bang for your buck. Want to treat yourself to the worst customer service and food in San Diego, try the Cheesecake Factory in Fashion Valley. I went here with my wife and daughter. After waiting 30 min (has to be good) we were brought to a table that had french fries, coleslaw, barbeque sauce, and straws all over the ground. Wewent with family and the food was fantastic. They were very large portions for good prices and it tasted great also. The Jamaican shrimp was unbelievable. To top it off the cheesecake was awesome. Try the Dulce de Leche cheesecake, it was to die for. The wait was a bit long and they don't take reservations, but otherwise it was the best experience I have had at a chain restaurant.
