I have been going to Manana's for over 5 years now and I have very mixed feelings about it. We go there because they serve great mexican food faster than anyone in town. Eat inside and take advantage of better plating and the salsa bar. Over the years they have remodled the inside and the outside to have a nice Mexican Ambiance. However, The ...1 of 1 Yahoo! great food and service! The carne asada is one of the best, and their carnitas burritos are wonderful! don't forget the Horchata!. . . and i dont know what "tim mcnary's" problem is. if you don't like to eat at a place like that, then don't get there and complain about something that you already know you won't like! grow up!0 of 1 Yahoo! Mananas Mexican Food makes the best Breakfast Burritos in Ramona!! My boyfriend and I also really love their Carne Asada Burritos. The staff is quite friendly, and the atmosphere is simple, but clean and comfortable. The last time I had a quesadilla as delicious as they make, was at a little place in Palm Springs. Cheap Eats.This is a place you take the spiteful X-Wife (or girlfriend) to dinner.
I do not like to pay to eat off disposable plates with cheap plastic silverware that break.
That being said, the food is decent.
