Julian apple pie takes me back home to good southern comfort food.Julian apple pie beats Moms apple pie in Julian hands down.The only down side...Waiting for the pie to cool !!!! If you are wanting a pie with taste and the comfort of grandma's go to Julian apple pie.

This cafe captures everything charming about Julian--its old west atmosphere, its friendly service, and its traditional menu of American favorites. My favorite thing to eat in Julian was the fried chicken and mashed potatoes at the Julian Cafe, and then I would go to Buffalo Bill's for a piece of apple pie. I miss going there now that I don't live in the area anymore.

The service was excellent, prices are reasonable. The food was abasoloutly delicious. The fried zucchini appetizer is to die for. All of the selections have so much flavor and taste. It is a comfortable, down home place. Great place, highly recomend this one!
