In our little town of La Puente we have many choices of restaurants and fast food joints. I don't think anyone who lives here cooks on a regular basis. La Indian has great weekly lunch specials, my husband loves the chicken mole enchiladas on Mondays. He also enjoys the camarones endiabladas...hot sauce shrimp that usually brings a tear to the eye and clears up the sinuses.
I myself don't order much,other than the enchilada combos.
