The service is terrible. The waiters and employees are not courteous, nice, friendly, or professional at all. The food is decent but quickly becomes worse just from how awful the service is. Clearly, customer service training is needed for all employees working there. Please do not visit, then perhaps they may start treating customers with some respect to earn business back. There is no excuse for such crummy service!

Ocean Star is I think a high class Chinese Restaurant, and also I think one of the biggest Chinese Restaurants. I went there twice, once for dim sum lunch, and once for dinner. It was good, the chow mein, the dim sum. For dinner the restaurant mostly the restaurant only uses one part of the restaurant, but for dim sum lunch, they mostly use the whole restaurant.

it's a lil pricey compared to other chinese restaurants around the area, but if you want somewhere that's comfortable and elegant choose ocean star. the food is not bad and service isn't bad either considering that it's a chinese restaurant. i would definitely go back.

For dim sum it's a good place to go before 10:30 am after that, it is a zoo on weekends. Food is good and the price is okay.

their dim sum used to be good. i went there a few months ago at lunch time. the choices of dim sum are less and less, and it definitely tasted different than used to be. some of the dim sum were even cold.
