Donut Man definitely lives up to the hype. I've gone at different times of the day and the donuts always taste fresh. The pricing is reasonable considering how one can taste the quality that goes into the product. Tiger Tails and Glazed Chocolate are the BEST!

Anybody remember the chocolate brownie donut (square shaped)? The owner's wife used to make them years ago and I would love to find a recipe like it.

Gotta love this place - what a landmark! Great donuts, at all times of the day and night, with sincerely friendly people who work here. Their fresh strawberry and peach donuts are worth driving for, but don't stop just there! The tiger tales are gigantic! And, their prices are VERY reasonable.

I got food poisoning or something from one of their jelly donuts. I vomited constantly and couldn't leave bed for 3 days. I don't go anywhere near that place now, just the thought of their donuts gets me nauseated. Maybe its all the wasps/hornets/bees that are flying around inside the donut container.

When it's strawberry or peach season, this is the place to go for donuts. They make a fresh strawberry and peach donut that's to die for. The great thing is that the glaze that they use is not too sweet which makes the flavor of fruit stand out and not the sweetness of the glaze. My mouth is watering just writing about it.

I remember this place as a teenager. (back in the late 70's). It was called Foster's Donuts then. Our church youth group would always stop here on our way home after our Wednesday night Youth Group Meetings. I especially liked the Extra Long Maple Bars. Now I go out of my way (15 miles) to get these. The name may have changed, but the quality of the donut taste sure didn't. YUM!
