Over all C-. Service was B-. Waitress was attentive but uninformed, when asked what kind of fish it was, thought Superior Lake fish was a kind of fish. Duh, trout, pickerel or??? Sand dabs were over cooked. The “to die for bouillabaisse”, died before it was served. Broth was bland. Instead of shrimp and scallops it had carrots and potatoes. I suppose for under $20 it was what I should have expected.

that reviewer below Alvin is crazy...first of all the prices are the most reasonable compared to other restaurants. The food is amazing and the lobster special is always sold out by 6pm since its so fantastic. The quality in food is not comparable to any other because its so fresh and so much flavor. The owner is amazing and very nice you can bring your own wine with a $4 cork fee thats beyond great! I go here almost twice a month
Was not happy with the experience and the food was average. I expected more for the price.

Very special place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/29/05
This place is great for a special lunch or dinner. At night it can get busy, but on those special occassions nobody pays attention to those details and the meal is always a wonderful experience. At lunch time its more laid back, great for a special office occassion. Food is great and they allow you to bring your own wine , although they have a great selection.

Love this place. A bit expensive to be eating there everynight but a nice place to bring froends from out of town or just a place to kick back, relax, and celebrate any kind of event we might have going on.
