We just had the most wonderful evening at Cafe Bellissimo! Our server brought us the most delicious pomegranate (sp?) martinis. Then we had a delicious order of perfectly cooked calamari fritti. I have been going to Cafe Bellissimo for years. I met my wife here on our first date. The Music is great the food is good.
In recent times the service is less than desirable with the exception of Mark and the bus boys.
If it is a cold night, dress warmly. There is no heating. Double check your bill. The last two times I have been there I have been over charged or double charge.
And the place really needs a face lift.

Steve V may have been too harsh on Cafe Bellissimo. I attended a birthday party there with a fairly large group and found the ambiance and staff very accomodating and pleasureable. The food was good - I got my plate hot from the kitchen and the food still "steaming" - not unlike Bucca de Beppo where my plate was hot but my food still ...
