a small out of the way cafe with the charm of sitting in your own kitchen. the food is superb..great cajun food with the spice of the south! lemonade or tea is served in mason jars and are full of flavor! bring your appetite and definitely try the links!OVERALL

TOPS all SOUL FOOD restaurants. for a soul food restaurant, far from the echelons of the city, and of all places - in Chatsworth. this is by far the best!!! no matter how far I live or how much gridlock I have to drive through, I always manage to make a trip out to les sisters... even if you're only going for their famous buttermilk pie. the ...2 of 2 Yahoo! Well,I read the reviews,and,shall I say jumped on the "great food here",bandwagon.Nice people living in the hype of an artificial Holiday tree for Dec.25th.I can get better fried chicken at Vons,and blacked-eyed peas from the same place,luckily I only lost 7 bucks.Im from Oklahoma,and you want the real thing,call your nearest Greyhound,or ...0 of 5 Yahoo! Wonderful Homey PlaceMy wife and i visited this restaurant after reading many good reviews. We loved it! The food was great. Do not be deceived by the interior downplay. The food tasted homemade and fresh. For an appetizer, we had hot fresh hush pups(crispy balls of corn meal) that came with a side of dipping honey. Are you sure this is L.A.???I love going back to visit my family in MS. I love cat fish, sweet tea, hush puppies...well you get the picture. I found this wonderful spot on line and found out my hubbie has known about it for years and has been going to lunch there. Well I forgave him and adore it. There is nothing fancy about it.
