we ordered a cake that they totally messed up, when we ordered the cake it seem like they didn't even care what we wanted and it showed. We got the wrong flavor! they made us wait (over an hour) to pick up a cake that was even decorated wrong, so that they could fix it!! when we complained they wanted us to bring in the cake to prove that the cake was wrong, talk about trusting the customer or even good customer service!!!

This place is totally not worth the wait. The people there are really rude too. This place needs to do something about that.
I saw 3 people just standing and talking and not even helping anybody.
I give this a D- If anything...

The food: Delicious. The Employees: A lot of them lack customer service skills. We went there a few days ago and purchased different kinds of pastries. We also decided to eat there. While my husband was ordering, I was looking for a bigger table in which I could put everything I bought. I also had to set up my two little ones so we could eat. ...

I tried to report the person that told me off over the phone and called back a few times... she kept hanging up on me and no one would help me out. And I ...

This bakery/cafe' is a great spot to grab some great pastelitos or croquetas if you are suffering from 'Cuban Food withdrawal' as I have been! The lunch is okay, their ropa vieja sandwich is not the best compared to Miami food like La Carreta, but it definitely suffices for your cravings. This place is very Americanized, so don't be ...

I've gone to this restaurant several times. Very good food, though everytime I go its always busy (of course because there good), the lines go fairly quickly even during the lunch or dinner times. The bakery side no complaints there. I'd recommend this

Ok i have to say one thing for sure ! Porto's is the best! Absolutely No doubt about it. I drive the 2 hours from San Diego just to eat here. Porto's could possible be the best Cuban Bakery in the country and I should know.....I'M CUBAN! The food just as good if not BETTER then any place in Miami. I lost a few pounds when I left Miami 8 ...

Never been there but my brother brought home some of their Caramel Cream Horns earlier tonight. They were excellent. Very light and flaky.

It is the best place for dessert in the San Fernando Valley. Our family gets cakes and pastries from there for every occasion.
