I have seen the reviews on yelp mostly positive.
My experience is that Janet's has great food. I have the Salmon S.kbob Combo with a bottle of water or a diet cola. There is a "A" sign in the window. They have bottled drinks. Food is made while you wait--Home made. Located in a strip mall, so parking is not a problem.Some seats outside(for Smokers), the rest of the seats and tables inside.

The food is excellent, but the place is so filthy I just can't eat there again. When we walked in, there were bags of charcoal on the floor and charcoal dust. The floor was covered in filth. There were white chairs folded up by the charcoal that were covered in black greasy dirt. The one high chair they had was covered in grime and dirt. ...
