Joe Miller, year in and year out, runs one of my favorite restaurants in Southern California. The cuisine is always fresh and inventive, the service understated but attentive. It is always a pleasure to "Eat at Joes!" Oh, and they have an excellent lunch Prix Fixe that is one of the best deals in town!

The food here is amazing and the service fast enough to make it for lunch. The back patio is the best seating.
The clientele is VERY attractive.

Pros: Seems private and like you "just discovered" it yourself.

Cons: Weird parking, not expensive, just weird.

Joe's is one of my fav spots.
