Having eaten at some really good/great Sushi restaurants, in America and Japan, I'd have to say the Fusion Sushi was definitely below par. It was OK if you didn't know what you were eating, but if you're a seasoned veteran you would leave disappointed.

I stopped by Fusion Sushi tonight for a quick bite to eat and the food and atmosphere was fantastic. My beautiful waitress Sam Soon Lee gave terrific service. I had the Super Caterpilar Roll and Love Roll. The place was packed and festive. I spoke to the chef Jason and he was very nice. All & all another great night on State Street.

Recently, different variety fusion foods are trendy and quite famous among people. Last June, I visited a restaurant called "Fusion Sushi." Ever since I have been to that restaurant, I kept craving for it and went back. I liked the service, the food was inexpensive, and it was palatable. With the right taste, service, and their arrogant surroundings it was really pleasing.

Excellent location with great food. I celebrated my birthday with 6 of my friends there. Food we ordered came out exceeding our expectation. Excellent taste with quatity we could not finish. Great value for what I pais. I recommend to everyone who seeks fun and good food in the same place. Way to go Fusion Sushi!!
