Fine examples of aged beef can be seen in the see thru meat locker as well as at the bar where the scene is a little more young and rambunctious. Steaks are meticulously cooked to order (blue for me) and the service is attentive and polite. Try the array of 12 sauces as well as the stunning selections of sides.
