Went to Angelina's to try the food and I can say that if I wasnt hungry I would have just left. The service was bad. We were givin our menu's and another couple walked in and they were offered drinks finally when our waitress came over she was to busy talk to the table next to us it took her like 5 mins before she redirected her attention ...

Best New Mexican style food in northern New Mexico.

The best authentic Native N.M. food in the Espanola Valley. Wait staff a little slow because there so busy but worth the wait.

This mostly locals restaurant is a real find. The decor is sorely lacking, but the food is excellent, homey New Mexico fare. The encheloadas and tamales are good, the lamb fajitas are very good and the Chiles Rellenos with vegetarian green chile are excellent.

Fore the most part the staff are prompt and attentaive, but when crowded service can be a bit slow. Still it's worth the wait and the value per $ is excellent!
