I didnt like the service they provide,
Maybe because i didnt dress or look like i have lots of money,
Staff were not frendly except the guys that was cleaning our table after the lunch( said thank you for coming, i hope he gets the tips that we left)...
This resturant is more for show then for food and service..
Been there once and never going ...

the food is traditional and is better than any of the surrounding restaurants, by far! the veggie taco's are too good to be true!

You haven't lived until you've eaten a green chile bean burrito from the Parasol!!! The tacos are wonderful, the arroz con pollo is excellent, and the Khalsa special is a great vegetarian treat! It's cool to hang out under the trees and enjoy your food in the warm weather or take it home in the winter and enjoy next a roaring fire. My family, friends, and I eat there every chance we get! Parasol is THE BEST!

Best New Mexican food EVER! For a Wonderful sitdown meal try El Paragua next door to El Parasol in Espanola. Awsome food!

Everything from the tacos, tamales, posole and burritos are awesome! During the summer you can eat outside, but i wouldnt recommend it due to the high volume and the fact that long john silvers next door and it smells like sea bass :|

The best tacos and burritos I have eaten. Everything I have eaten here has been exceptional. I've been going here for years and the quality of the food has not changed.
