its pretty good, crowded always lots of people but there are lots of registers so the wait isnt crazy long thats the bonus; the breakfast burrito with carne adovada is my pick $5.49 plus $1.50?extra for the meat; the coffee is ok too, average, i see the historic attraction to this place but really personally the crowds keep me from being a regular;

This is a landmark. The green chili is amazing. Try the cinamon roll. Wow!

We had a bad experience at Frontier. The server taking our order continuely kept badgering us with "next order please" when we were trying to see what to order and there was nobody behind us in line. Food was average to poor, even the staple of a place like this, a burger, was not very good. It's the kind of place to go after a ...

My husband and I went out there for the Hot Air Balloon Festival from Los Angeles. Our shuttle would only take us to Yale right in front of UNM. We saw a lot of people dining at the Frontier and most of them were having burritos. So, we decided to go in there and give it a shot! Oh my goodness! It is the best of the best! I ate there everyday after ...

It is a must dining experience. Order at the window, get your plate and silverware and find a seat. Ambiance is inner cityish with lots of character. The food is gummy and affordable. Try hanging where the locals and college kids hang. Have fun and chill. The frontier will always satisfy your hunger almost any time of day

Warning: Frontier uses MSG on their foods. There is a faded sign behind the cashiers that states they use MSG. I ordered the steak and eggs and requested that they did not use MSG. They complied and the food was good but obviously less tender and salty. I would like to see Frontier stop the practice of using this dangerous chemical. There are many other choices to use when tenderizing or inhancing the savory flavors of food.

Frontier is a landmark- one of the first places I went when I moved to town for school and four years later I am still going back. The food is real good, always hits the spot and you can't beat the prices. There are so many things on the menu that I like to order, it can be a tough decision. The house-made tortillas are perfect, I have gone ...
