I have heard good things about this place so I finally decided to try it, I wasnt all that impressed, it was no different than any other cafe out there. It is over-hyped for sure.

The service was descent and I had an eyelash on my pickle.

Used to be one of our favorite places to eat and take out-of-town guests, but they have gone downhill within the last 3-4 years. Breakfast is still pretty good and the Chicken Fried Steak hasn't changed much...still great. Everything else has evolved into just "average fare", I'm afraid. We've gone from eating there a couple times a month to a couple times a year.

This "Range Cafe" (there are two others in Albuquerque) is not fancy, just consistently good. I've never had a bad "dining" experience here, or at the other two for that matter. one of the worst dinning experiences i've ever had, not once but three seperate times the food is bad the service was worse, the only other resturant that is worse then the range is the Coronado Cantina

I absolutely love the Range Cafe. Every time I come back home this is the first place to dine on my list. I cannot come back without coming to the Range at least once. The Kitchen Sink Omlette is fabulous and shouldn't be missed! The ambiance is colorful and eclectic...the food is varied and always presented in an appealing manner. This is the ONLY place I can drink coffee black..their pinon rost is great.

The Range is kind of an old stand-by for us. We eat there frequently, whether in Bernalillo or Albuquerque. My favorite is the Burrito with sauteed vegetables. It's good every time. Unfortunately, something about The Range gives my wife and I . . . well, digestive difficulties. Not enough to keep us from returning, but we're not alone ...
