Food was not great, nor was it horrible. Not the restaurant you want if you are looking for delicious mexican food. Prices were even more ridiculous than one would expect in the tourist district of Sedona. Had to pay for chips and salsa; never had to do that at a mexican food place before.

Worst food EVER! Even at home I never thought of opening a can of Hunts TOmato sauce sprinkling on some chille peppers and calling it Salsa. Tasteless rice and awful beans...cheeses covered everything camouflaging the awful tastelessness.SAd excuse for a

Visited this restuarant when my husband and I stayed the night in sedona. The food was great and the staff was very dilligent and helpful. You can request a salsa that is not so mild! That made us very happy. Would go back again. :)

decided to try this place out. not impressed with our waitress or the atmosphere... food was ok at best .. wouldn't recommend it..

Terrible! One of the staff told me that the service is so poor because management actually tells them to drop everything when a tour bus is arriving, so small parties suffer. And the food is nothing to write about either. The servers even have to make their own cocktails for customers because the owners are too cheap to hire a bartender to assist ...

Never got our drinks, Taco salad was a joke. No beans, no cheese, no pico de gallo. Just a salad with meat on it. Long wait, waiter disappeared.

No luck complaining......they seem to not understand.

By the way-to the person who wrote typical mexican........You should try opening your mind and trying other restaurants. This is in NO way good Mexican food.

The place is dark and old, not so cheerful and doesn't feel welcome. Foods serving on the plate were very small... strange for adult's meals. I rather be at a place more cheerfully, relaxing and comfortable and feeling welcome. The server are slow and can't be found. I love mexican foods, just not this one.

As most good places in town it was worth the wait. Wait staff a bit pushy to get you out. Wonderful view, but all the views are great in Sedona.

Horrible management, Worse service. We saw a server chugging a beer behind a door. Cold chips.
We sat for and hour and a half and got served one bowl of cold chips (asked for more and never got them) and never even got our food.
We complained to Management and she did nothing to fix the problem and just let us leave.
I have never had a worse dinning experience.

Go to Javilina Cantina (not sure on the name)... Great place
