The last few times I went here to eat the service was VERY slow and not very friendly. They spent most of their time BSing with each other right outside the kitchen, being very loud and crude. The food was good but I would have to say it was a little pricey. I'm not trying to be a butthead, but I'm surprised this place is still open after all these years.

This is the best Mexican food in the Valley, excellent perfect every time, try their soups.

Great tasting food and excellent service. I feel the prices are average, but affordable. My mother, sister and her kids meet there once a month for a family lunch.

The owner was one of the original cooks at the original Garcia's in Phoenix. With that being said, the food is still the best around. Everyone has different tastes in Mexican food but you will not find old El Paso taco shells or pace picante sauce here. Olivas at one time was good food it has gone WAYYY down hill

If you want to check out a restaurant, find out where the teachers eat! This place is delicious, especially their lunch for two. Prices are reasonable and the owner makes a point of welcoming you to her restaurant. Enjoy!

Not real easy to locate the first time. The food is quite good and so is the service. It is clean and the prices are very affordable
