Had to leave the restaurant after sitting down and 10 minutes, no waiter or waitress. Although the two Asian parties that sat down after us were served right away, given drinks and appetizers. Have gone there several times a year for the past several years, BUT I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

Food is hit or miss, but seldom great. Staff is friendly and try to be helpful.

Always good ! Best on the mountain ! The food is always fresh ,I like ordering off the menu not the buffet .This is a wonderful place to take out of town guests. The service is excellent. You can pay 1.00 more for breast meat.
Love the ribs and shrimp. Ice Cream is a nice way to end this great meal. I will keep going back.

From the outside,... the similarities to the indigineous architecture of the local populous do the restaurant no justice. And unfortunately, unless referred to by the Hotel Staff,... I would have never thought The Lotus Garden would have been anything but an American'ized Chinese Restaurant.

You get your monies worth is all I got to say. The food made me sick. The wait staff didn't know orange from lemon chicken. Overall I couldn't understand how someone could mess up Chinese food until I came to this restaurant.

This is the typical oriental restaurant in the sense that the decorations in them all are prety much the same...however when it comes to service this is the best one i have ever been to...they are friendly,courteous and always seem to be smiling....I also was impressed with the food portions was more than enough for the price...definately will return here often to eat.
