A perennial favorite! The food is great, the portions are large, the atmosphere is good, though the service can be hit or miss.

Do not make the mistake of eating here. Go to Swaddie Thai, on Alpine across from the Hotel Monte Vista Lounge. It's a short walk from Dara Thai across the tracks and Rt.66. The food is MUCH better at Swaddie Thai and the waitress will refill your water and ask you if you need anything else and how do you like everything, etc. That won't happen at Dara Thai!

Disclaimer: I have only eaten at Dara Thai twice, but that was enough to realize my health could be in danger there.

I have been to Dara Thai several times in the past few years. Their food is always great tasting and inexpensive. I make regular trips to Flagstaff just to dine at this restaurant - it is that good!
