Went here during off peak hours about 3PM, was expecting high quality Southwest food. Has a nice ambiance and decor, however the restaurant falls short. The service was average, not great, not bad. The food was very bland and boring, I left thinking could do better at home for about a 1/4 the cost. Overall very pricey and disappointing.

Food is great for the price you pay, but its the surroundings that makes its all worthwhile. As soon as you enter the property, you will be overwhelmed by an awe-inspiring patio – citrus trees, adobe rock covered flooring, water features – great for spring family lucheon.

Very good food and great margaritas. I had the flatiron steak, and my wife had the filet mignon. Both were cooked to perfection and needed no additional seasonings. The "chocolate mousse tower" for desert was too rich to finish. Most of the menu items are spicy, but not overwhelmed, with frequent use of chipotle peppers and cilantro.

I love to go for margaritas on the patio! The food and the service have always been good. One of their servers recognizes us everytime we go in. Don't miss the rattlesnake eggs appetizer - jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese and smoked shrimp, then wrapped in bacon and deep fried. My favorite!

This is a wonderful eat outside experience. The patio is loaded with citrus trees. We took our best friends from CA there for lunch and the blossoms ended up in her purse. Two weeks later she called and said everytime she opened her purse she was reminded of our wonderful meal at Old Pueblo Grille. It was a lovely end to their trip here and a nice "sented" reminder to return to Tucson.

Very poor service -- was totally ignored from the time we arrived to the time we left. Was accused by the manager of not paying for meals and later determined by waitress that we did in fact pay for food -- manager never apologized.
