One word "greasy" would describe the food. Pieces are massive and greasy with lumpy coating. The chickens used were not fryers and were too big and fat. Gigantic fries were not tasty at all. It seemed to take forever explaining that I didn't want thigh meat but ribs would be acceptable. They were stuck on wanting to charge me more for white breast meat which wasn't what I was asking for.
