Terrible service, waitress's too busy talking in back to wait on customers. If you like your salad two minutes before your entree' and never be offered a refill on your drinks, then this is the place for you. Quality of steak has dropped considerably.

Treated like family, quality of food (Prime Rib top shelf) is fit for royalty. . . Can't go wrong. . . .

I have eaten at the Chute-Out many times and have always had great food, the sirloin strip steaks and the barbeque ribs are fantastic, and good service. The only thing missing is someone assigned to greet and seat you. There were times I waited 6 or 7 minutes before someone came to the desk.
