I've been there a good amount of times and the customer service is 50-50. If you're lucky he/she will come to your table and help you. The food is average. Don't expect anything amazing. It's the only chinese restaurant around for like 300 miles. If you really want chinese then go for it.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. We have 3 boys, and the Snow Dragon is always their pick to eat out. That's coming from some very picky eaters. Try the Szechuan Crispy Beef or the Chicken with Mixed Vegetables!
