We make a special trip to eat at Roosters. The lamb is most excellent. They are generally crowded on weekends so go early.

The day was beautiful and we were headed to Ogden, Utah for a day visit to the historical town. The Front Runner train, courtesy of UTA, looked immaculate, all clean and shiny and painted in patriotic colors of red, white and blue. After a photograph or two, we boarded the train and took up seats in the elevated cabin.
We couldn’t get over ...

This is an EXCELLENT place for a variety of locally brewed beers and ales!(If you are able to overlook Utah's lame brewing laws. You have a choice between 3.2% and 4.0%. Everywhere else i have ever been is6.0%!) They even cater to vegetarians and vegans! Which is cool considering all the overweight meat eaters in this town. The atmosphere is ...

Disgusted is right. Eat here if you want to wait forever to have hair in your food.

I went to Roosters for the first time ever a couple weeks ago. I was very pleased! We went on a Friday night but there wasn't much of a wait for a table and there wasn't a rowdy crowd either! I was surprised to see the rest of the buisnesses along the same street closed.
I ordered a chicken breast. And it was really ...

One of the few places in this area that has a fun atmosphere. They brew right in the restaurant which is pretty awesome. The Ogden location has so much character/great atmosphere--the dining area is a greenhouse style and they have pretty lights. Before we moved to Ogden, we used to go to the Layton one and the food was just as good, but the atmosphere isn't as fun.

I've only been to Roosters during their slow time (after lunch, but before dinner) and service has been nothing, but terrible. For being empty, they sure take forever bringing the food. And by the time they do bring the food, it's COLD. The first time this happened, we thought that it was an anomaly, but the second and the third.....Totally disappointed, will never eat there again.

If it wasnt for Roosters, I would have lost all hope for resturaunts in Utah. The place is awsome! Im sure if it wasnt for the Utah liquore laws they would make one strong beer if they could. The place can get buzy but when its the best place in Ogden what do you expect

Excellent food and service. Thought that the price was a little high but the quality of the food and taste justify their prices. Ambiance is great for couples or groups of adults, wouldn't recommend bringing the family, Great names for their homemade beers. Must try the homemade rootbeer.

The food is so good you end thinking about it the next day. The ambiance is so nice, it's trendy casual. It's a great place to hook up with friends.
