PF Chang's China Bistro is about as Chinese as John Smith was a Univeristy Graduate. LOL

The entrees were flavorful and well prepared, but the desserts, for all their beautiful presentation and enthralling menu descriptions were disappointing and rather artificial tasting. A sad ending to an otherwise pleasant and upbeat meal.

Not bad, but I'd rather be at Little World. PF Chang's is for tourists and those who play it safe. Leave the yuppies behind and get some real Chinese!

I always love going with my friends. Pina colada or Buddah... eggplant, lots of veggie sides :)

The only problem with dining at PF Changs would be that you can't make yourself eat chinese food anywhere else after tasting their cusine. I would recomment calling ahead of time and making a reservation so that when you arrive your wait isn't long. My family has found the service, food, ambiance and value unsurpassed in the valley.

We can't wait to go back!
