The ultimate best rolls at Ginza are the Infubuki, Koyuki, X-Roll, and the Dark Side of the Rainbow (not on the menu). Tetsu's x-roll sauce is the best and the Sushi Chefs Rock and so do the Guy's in the Kitchen. Yummm Yummmm!!!!!!!!

Ginza, is in the top three in downtown for Sushi in my opinion...Takaski's is # 1, Gina # 2, and Miguro # 3.....Ginza has some great speciality rolls, and the quality of fish is second to none. It takes alot for me to give five stars, but they are one of the best in Salt Lake City in my opinion. They are opening a new restaurant in Draper here soon....Now I do not have to drive as far to get Sushi

We love the Infubiki roll. Very good. Also the house salad dressing is very good, but the actual salad is a little weak. The cucumber salad is nice too.
Very highly praised, so we went. Wait (even with reservation) was long. Staff was very busy - very "yuppie" environment. Sushi was small portions for the price. Fresh, but very average sushi / rolls. So far Osaka (Layton) is still our pick for sushi that is even close to what you can get in Japan.
