Looking at the website with your reviews you would think with only 1 1/2 stars that you would be more personable. I think what you did to those teen rappers was totally ridiculous and your manager needs to get a personality adjustment. Most people who have heard this story think that what these teens did was funny and clever. The story is on the website nation wide and it is just another nail in Utah's coffin.
