porters in lehi was crap. my food came with a hair. everybody else had dried out meat. my sons fries were way too salty. i didnt get an apology for the hair, and i had to pay full price. will tell every body not to go there. and i will NEVER go back. it was disgusting!

Took my 1yr old son, Porter to Porters Place for a B-day meal with the rest of the family. Charming entrance, but it got so dark as you felt your way back into this cave like building. (No windows). Cool historic pictures. Porter Rockwell was a stud!!! But the cleanliness was in need of attention. (Tables kinda greasy)

My friend and I went there for lunch and was so impressed. I loved the rustic environment and the menu item names were cute. The salad bar was awesome and the staff was extremely accommodating. I will definitely go back!

I'm from Utah County and Porter's Place is a favorite with the locals. The whole atmosphere makes you feel like you should be in western costume and the food is awesome for a great price. Located in downtown Lehi. Rustic feel, like an old cafe. Large steaks and friendly service. Everything cooked to perfection.Salad bar somewhat limited, but good. Loafs of bread served with meal very good. Prices cheaper than other steak houses. Will visit again next time in town.

I really like Porters Place drinks, they are unique and tasty. My only complaint is that the meals don't come with anything that resembles a good vegetable. Average plate, Steak, potato, and roll. You can order an additional salad bar, but I think a small green salad included wouldn't hurt.
