It's completely over rated!!! They think it's chick to wait in the cold because their quaint seating is happening. As Boise discovers other great breakfast place's like Moon's, The Red feather and Emilio's the lines will die down. If people have out of town guest and they want to take them to Goldy's too bad. They should ...

I have never had a bad breakfast experience at Goldy's. Yes, there are times when the wait is tedious (if you don't want to wait, there are other places to eat in Boise). The staff has been unfailingly polite and prompt in their service - even though they are clearly very, very busy. The food has always been exceptional. The fruit plate is ...

If you have ever seen the soup nazi on Seifeld, you will know what Goldy's is like. They make you wait in the cold for the honor of getting into their cramped (though quaint) space. The food is very good, but at times you can feel that everyone is just a little to full of themselves. I mean afterall, it is just breakfeast and just because ...

  • An upscale Hippie/Dippie experience! Tastes great
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/01/06
The upstairs makes me dizzy, but I'll sit there just to eat a Goldy's breakfast. Try "Goldy's Potatoes" they are delicious. They have three flavors or Mimosas and they will also blend all three flavors for you if you desire. The coffee is strong and they keep it flowing. The salmon is fresh, the oatmeal will cure you. Enjoy!

  • Best Breakfast in Boise
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/01/05
I thought getting a good breakfast in Boise was impossible until I tried Goldy's. The best eggs and omelets I have ever had and Goldy's potatoes with cheese and peppers - I dream about them!!! Its a little pricey, but so good that it doesn't matter. The inside is small, but quaint. Be weary on the weekends - it gets really busy and ...

  • Why do they get so many rewards?
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/04
My fiancee and I had heard and read good things about Goldy's so one morning in March we decided to check it out. When we got there, there were a few people standing around but nobody to greet us or signs to direct us as to what their seating policy was. So we proceeded to seat ourselves in their upsatirs loft. A few minutes later a member ...
