Attention vegans and organic eaters: This is the place to eat healthy in Laramie.
The service is not as bad as other reviewers claim, esp. if its not busy.
I'm going back to this place everytime I am in town. Real artsy enviroment, excellent food.
Why eat at a corp resturant owned by Wall street banksters when you can spend you money at a better local place like Sweet Melissa

This is my favorite restaurant in town. People are very nice, they use fresh ingredients, and make good foods. Their peanut soup and portabella fajita is my favorite.

Fantastic food. My current favorite is the Stir fry with peanut sauce. Everything I've tried is good. The last several times that I have dined there, I've had great service from a young woman with dark hair with green streaks in it. I guess it depends on who you get.

I love Sweet Melissa's.
Standouts include the quiche, super mondo chili nachos, and gazpacho. I love, love, love this place. The atmosphere is great, food portions are perfect, and they have a great selection of wine and beer. My favorite thing is the quiche of the day and it is always good to check out their specials. Last time I was there, I got a four-cheese ravioli in a creamy chipolte sauce with, I believe, pine nuts. It was amazing. The desserts are great too!
Okay, Sweet Melissa's food is not only healthy and fresh, but it's inexpensive and the portions are filling. The service isn't anything to rave about since most of the waiters are granola and therefore extremely laid back, but they are always polite and the food and prices make up for it. Try the Mondo Chili Nachos!
