Adding Jimmy's to my list of FavsWith so many favorite restaurants in Aspen, it is hard to branch out and try new things. Our food calendar opened up a bit this trip with the closing of Mother Lode and La Cocina. I am very glad we tried Jimmy's. The crab cakes were just the way I like them: all crab, no filler. BEST DESERT EVER VOLCANO!!Jimmys Restaurant is a great place to eat, the food is the best the service is brilliant and the Volcano dessert is the best dessert i have ever had!! Bad point would can be crowded but hey that really isn't bad it shows how popular the place is!!OVERALL
