Was just at Shiloh's today for a business lunch. Had the sirloin tips, was very good, ordered medium, came out a little more than medium, but good no less. Ate on the patio, wonderful patio, hardly notice the road noise of US 160 which is 20 feet away. Good service, great prices.

I have been to Shiloh 3 times, it's the best "nice place" in Cortez. I had the Elk steak. I was hesitant to order it, assuming it would be gamey. I was soo wrong. It was excellent, no game taste at all. I can't wait to go back!!

Shiloh Steakhouse has been recently purchased by the original owners. They are working hard to get things back they way they were before they sold in 2006. Give them a try.

WELL I WORK AT SHILOH STEAK HOUSE, AND TO LET YOU KNOW DURING THAT TIME AND CHRISTMAS TIME ITS VERY BUSY, WE TRY AS HARD AS WE CAN TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE, AND NOW WE GOT CARPET, AND THE PICTURES HANGING IN THE ROOMS SO IT DOESNT SEEM SO BLA... BU SOON WWE ARE GONNA OPEN THE PATIO FOR SUMMER TIME, IF YOUR DIVING BY CORTEZ SOMETIME YOU SHOULD STOP IN, ITS THE BEST FOOD IN THE AREA, DESCIDE FOR YOUR SELF, ITS GOOD!!!
