I like to eat there every chance I go to Woodland Park. The hospitality and food is outstanding with a comfortable atmosphere.

You'll look far and wide before you find a better breakfast for the price. We eat at the Hungry Bear every time we're in Woodland Park and we're NEVER disappointed. Servings are generous and delicious!!! Waitresses are upbeat and attentive. They do have mismatched coffee mugs, silverware, plates, etc., but it adds to the charm!!! Love HUNGRY BEAR!!!!

Now that the are open for dinner! We go almost every night they are open. They have this BTC, Beat The Clock special thing. So if we come in at 5:15, that is the price of our meal. Too kewl! It runs from 4 - 6 PM, wish I could get there then, but I have a job. You should really try this!

I work in Iraq and when I come home for the short two or three week visit, my wife of 20 short years takes my daughter, our grand children, and me to the best breakfast hot spot in Woodland Park. I love Sunday mornings at the Hungry Bear!

We came to the restaurant for the first time in July '07 after hearing about it word of mouth. When I was there the eggs had egg shells in them and the place was filthy! I guess it is the extra helping of dirt that you all love so much.

Believe the hype! We made the drive up from Colorado Springs this morning and had one of the best breakfasts either of us can remember! This place is a very down-home local place.
