This place sucks, first off its so small that when me and my bff went there with her kid. People kept bumping into her and her kid. I will say service was good at first. Then when food arrived we had no forks. We had to wait and wait till we saw someone walk by and ask them. The food didn't have any flavor what so ever!!! I love my mexican food ...

Hi I was in Denver last month for eight days with family and this was one of our first stops to eat out.I'm from Alaska and mind you since I'm prone to eating HOT!! salsa I really loved their's.Not only was my plate of food was delicious the service was great....by the way I need to send her an Alaskan magnet for her collection.I'm not forgetting you....take care.

We have been dining at Santiagos for well over 2 yrs and it's great food. The service is good. A word of advice-- I f you order "Hot" it will be hot! It is not a place to go on a romantic date-well lit and noisy and for sure not fancy.

Santiagos chicken Indian Taco and their stuff sopapillas are great. Beyond that, everything I've ever eaten there over the last four years has just been mediocre. The prices are low, the ambinace is meager, it's just a reasonable place to fill yourself. The patrons there are more like Harley and Jeep owners than true Mexican food lovers ...

If you are looking for good food and good prices. Go here. Santiago's has a lot of different resturaunts in Colorado, but the one in Brighton is the original and the best. I rate Santiago's as the best food you can get in Colorado.

This is the best restuarant in Brighton. Since we have a lot of true Mexicans and a lot work there... most don't even speak clear English. It's SOOO great... can't ever get enough!
