This is the worst Japanese restaurant I've ever been in. The service was nice but the food taste horrible. The miso soup taste like water and powder. The sauce that came with our order of salmon and beef was way too sweet and they were the same one. The beef was overcooked and the salmon was very dry. The price of the roll was way too expensive compare to its size.

Absolutely wonderful. You can eat indoors or out. Indoors is very clean, and has a very wonderful/beautiful/relaxing atmosphere. I'd call it "fancy casual". The staff is great, and so is the food. I haven't had sushi this good since I got back from NY, nearly 2 years ago. I highly recommend the Jeju roll, which is a california ...

The food is great and it's very well priced. The only problem is the waitstaff! most of them are so covered in tattoos and piercings that i'm surprised thwy haven't died of holes by now! VERY unprofessional!! don't be surprised if you never get a refill or wait 15 minutes for your check. But if you sit at the bar, you minimize your contact with them and just order thru the sushi chefs, who are great.
I love Jeju the best out of all the Sushi restaurants in Fort Collins. Suehiro used to be my favorite but you always end up leaving there smelling like you've been deep fried.
Jeju has a much nicer ambiance too, and a wider selection of sushi. It's very clean (important for a sushi restaurant!) and very contemporary.

I am a lover of Sushi and have tried every Sushi place in Fort Collins and I feel Jeju is by far the best. The ambiance is modern and eclectic and so is the menu.
