In town visiting from New York...Ming does a fantastic job...the soup and dinner is some of the best chinese food I have ever had...and the service was just as terrific..hats off to you and your staff.

Agreed...sesame chicken is the best dish! This actually is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Fort Collins. The egg drop soup is great too. We think they serve up the best--not too heavy & greasy. Very fresh tasting!
