This is definitely more of a drinking establishment than a eating establishment. I have given their food a shot on multiple occasions. The Ribs are WAY over cooked and dry. The Rib Tips...the same. I know friends that say the same. Food is poor. I don't eat there anymore.

Pretty damn good food. I was banned from the bar for pummeling some foolish Liberal a few years back though.

I grew up in Evergreen and moved away and recently came back and grew up out of the Rib Crib. My gdfather owns it and the food is amazing. Its worth the visit.
