We are locals and have been here before and had a good experiance. But went again last night for a change. The food was horrible and actually made me sick. even though we ordered apps, all of the food came at once. I was broought a small plate, mostly loaded with rice and very little green chile on a green chile burrito.

As visitors to the Morrison Inn based off of a lot of popularity that we heard over the years, we found ourselves to be very disappointed for various reasons. We found the food to be lacking in flavor. The portions were rather small for the price. The food was very overpriced. If your looking for good Mexican food with reasonable pricing, this ...

I can't believe you didn't like the food there. I live all of 20 minutes away from M.I. and you couldn't keep me away! I can see how you might be disappointed by the atmosphere given that it's not a black-tie kind of restaurant, but you must know that given it's location it's going to be a little more rustic than most. One of the worst dining experiences ever. I have four things to say about the Morrison Inn, terribly unknowledgeable service, and flavorless food, watered down margaritas and horribly overpriced. Absolutely not worth it!

We were visiting the Morrison area from Kansas City where we have a wonderful selection of excellent Mexican restaurants. Morrison Inn was a terrible disappointment. Food was not good; we had a party of five and nobody ...

Driving through Morrison I've always wondered where the crowds of people are since the road is always lined with park cars. Well my friend, they're at the Morrison inn. All of them. Scruffy mountain men, teens, grandparents, sturgis teddy bears, and then those of us that fall in between.
When you first walk in you are wondering what you walked into. However, when you get past the bar and sit down at your table things get better. The food was actually pretty good, and the Marg's were awesome.
A great small bar/restaruant with amazing margaritas! Their cuisine is above par with a couple of unique choices. Definitly a good place to relax and have a tasty margarita!
