It definitely contrasts with the 4 Seasons being so Arab in style. As long as that's o.k., I couldn't have enjoyed it more. The service is great. Feel like royalty, you can 1/2 expect Queen Noor to walk by. The location couldn't be better. Damascus, oldest city in the world.

This hotel is very nice and very well located and the rooms are beautiful. But we were really disappointed by the service which is not a five stars service: no menu or carte for lunch (you wait it 45 mns because they order it in a restaurant outside the hotel and it's always the same dishes!). It was really a wonderfull experience to live in old damascus with all of the traditional syrian spirit and 5 stars hotel. you feel like living in Sindibad or Aladdeen story . avery luxury rooms are available with the LCD TV set, and romatic environment. i spent with my spuse the most romantic moments in my life.
