the food is expensive. Ive had better cheesecake at Costco. They have lots of cool choices though but the cheesecake was too fluffy.

Great food but the service was awful. I have a family of 6 and three times in one visit we were left to wait for 10 - 15 min due to the waitress forgetting something.

Will not go back due to the service alone.

YUMMY is the only word I can think of to describe the food at Cheesecake Factory. If you are really hungry and want lots of comfort food or if you are a cheesecake fanatic, this is the place to go! The portions are gigantic and the selection of cheesecakes is incredible. The food is great and there is something for everyone. If you are watching your waistline, however, walk on by!!

The service takes long on weekends but is still pretty awesome. the portions are huge and the cheesecake never fails to disappoint. I don't typically order steak there because it taste like smoke and ashes but the pastas and salads have a perfect balance of sauce and vegetables. The staff is very nice and attending and never give me attitude ...

My husband and I love the Cheesecake Factory, and it's perfect for the entire family since the menu has so many different items. The portions are huge which makes them great for sharing along with all the amazing cheesecakes and other desserts. We have never had a bad experience at the downtown location, and love the patio in the summer!

I came from out of town, expecting to be "wowed" by their great food selection and service. I had heard nothing but good things before I came here. I can honestly say, this was one of the worst decisions and waste of money that i've ever had. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad, my friends ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and my ...

  • Not the best place for dessert .. but
    By JOEinDenver, 07/24/06
The main courses are usually very good. The service lacks as they are usually too busy to slow down and take in the customer. I still shake my head at the cheese cake though .. why does it taste like it just came from the grocery store?

  • Soothing Atmosphere!!!!!

Outside of the obvious that is on the menu (cheesecake). The food is very wonderful and seasoned well. The portions are very large and the prices are inexpensive. Truly a wonderful place for a first date or even to host a gathering which is what I did for my employee once. And I must say we have all wanted to go back again........

I love the variety of food options on their extensive menu. I wish it was easier to get in! I lived in Houston for a while, but could NEVER get in to the cheesecake factory since the line was always out the door and I was too hungry to want to wait. It's a great restaurant and I love it.
