What can be said about Carlos and Mickeys? I say let the restraunt speak for itself! The traditional Mexican atmosphere is very welcoming and very entertaining along with the mariache band that frequents the restraunt. This restaurant is the ULTMATE BEST in El Paso!!!! You would have to be crazy not to like this place!! The restaurant's decorations tell people what El Paso really is like!
