Hyde Park bar and grill new location on Ben White and Westgate. They are known for their hamburgers but I love their turkey burgers. Their pilaf is also very good. The Service is so-so. Sometimes you end up waiting a long time before they refill your glasses or even notice that your done with your food.

The kobe burger is the best I have ever had. The mayonnaise style sauce that comes with the fries is a bit too rich, but the burger is perfect.

I hear about the fries here, along with the great ambiance, but when I went, the fries were kind of...bland. They were not crispy, the seasoning was there, but it didn't add too much. I also got the sirloin burger, but it was dry. The restaurant itself was nice and cozy, and the service was good, but overall, I was not impressed with the food. Maybe I was there on an off day...

It seems like everytime I go here (at least over the last few months) I get the bad waiter. The host/manager is very nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is great. Art on the walls is rotated pretty regularly, which adds to the ambiance.

Fabulous, quiet, ecclectic neighborhood restaurant.

This place could charge twice as much as it does and it would still pack them in. Great food, very reasonable prices, and an interesting, eclectic atmosphere. Among Austin's best values for dinner. Warning: you may become a regular.

Laid back atmosphere, friendly staff, very affordable, and the best french fries in Austin!!
